Dining Restaurant Quest is a home style unique restaurant in Misato City, Saitama, Japan.This restaurant used to be a residential house. 
The house was renovated and turned into a restaurant, so you will feel like you are visiting your Japanese friend's house.

Dining Restaurant Quest has western style table seats as well as counter seats like many other restaurants. 
On top of that, they have unique "zashiki style" seats which is popular for families with small children. 
"Zashiki" is a traditional Japanese style room which has tatami or wooden flooring and cushions for sitting upon.

Dining Restaurant 　Owner / Head Chef

Akira Ishizuka

Akira learnt his basic cooking skills at one of the chef training schools in Tokyo. 
After he graduated from the school, Akira was amazed one of his friends’ meal and begged to 
be an apprentice at a hotel where his friend was working for. Akira was accepted as an 
apprentice at the hotel and building up his cooking knowledge and skills there. 
After finishing his apprenticeship, he worked for a German restaurant as a 2nd head chef for two years , 
worked for a western-style restaurant for 9years as a head chef.  
Akira’s dream comes true in 2018 – he opened his dream restaurant in Misato City, Saitama where he lives and he loves.

＊Due to Covid-19, we are reducing the number of tables.
＊Last Order is 30minutes prior to the closing time.
＊We may change the operation time or holiday time to time.
＊If Monday is public holiday, we will open the Sunday before and close following Tuesday lunch.
＊We may close the shop before official closing time if there is no reservation on that night.
